Sorry for the stream of consciousness when it comes to fighting but, I've always found it interesting with tall, long fighters like Holland to see which ones can develop the ability to get square and negate that length advantage when they need to, to really sit down and damage an opponent. Holland moves well at range and cuts good angles but he sometimes, has maybe too much confidence in his ability to sting guys at range and doesn't have that change up where he'll peck and poke but then just square off and throw some traditional offense for a moment to really hurt an outmatched opponent before its back to safe range and pecking. It's something Jones has always done really well - probably because he's so confident in his wrestling but Adesenya and Periera do it really well too and it's interesting, to me anyway, to see Holland who probably could be really good if he developed that but he hasn't seemed to yet.
