Maryland live is nowhere near Annapolis. It's a small pleasant town but not a whole lot going on. It's also nice if you own a yacht.

maryland is pretty lovely, here are some poverty stats: http://www.indexmundi.com/facts/united-states/quick-facts/maryland/percent-of-people-of-all-ages-in-poverty#map most of the west part and most of the East parts have a pretty lovely poverty level, no need to even mention baltimore, PG county gets worse every day historically marlyand has had pretty high crime rates yet somehow it looks like its gotten better in recent years, although I doubt its going to get any better with the gentrification of DC http://www.disastercenter.com/crime/mdcrime.htm I grew up around the area I'm pretty sure I know how lovely maryland is, I wouldn't fish around the chesapeake bay no matter how much its changed over the years because I remember when it was a poo poo show of pollution and garbage
