Yeah, it was a far quieter G1 thread than usual but I still enjoyed posting with you all and watching an (often surprisingly) enjoyable tournament, sadly bookended by horrible accidents on the first and last night. Okada's argument is that Ibushi was the real champion and he beat him and he wants the V4 title. I guess he doesn't recognise Shingo or the world heavyweight title?

Okada was who I predicted to win and I don't think Ibushi's injury changed the intended result of the match: I'm all about Okada being back on top of the roster.
