Does anyone have any experience dealing with an upstairs neighbor that lets their dog piss and poo poo all over their balcony? I've gotten peed on, my balcony smells like piss and my herbs and furniture are covered in piss. My partner and I also have a dog and I'm pretty sure the constant smell of another dog's piss is starting to weird him out. The apartment management has known about the issue for a week, I'm thinking about calling animal control, the health dept, or even the police if I get peed on again. We're not above playing dirty to get back at this lazy garbage person but it prob wouldn't play in our favor if we had to go the legal route. I have been documenting each time I've found a puddle and taken pics, even a video of piss trickling down, so definitely preparing for escalating this as far as possible.
