Is a 240v kettle outlet worth it? I'm already running a 240v circuit for a dual fuel range. So I could do a second outlet. I'm intrigued, but then I feel like doing it would make me the weird PO

Both prongs are hot, from different phases, and the outlet is wired such that each prong feeds a different downstream leg. This means, of course, the top outlet at this one spot is 240V.

A switch elsewhere controls one of the prongs. The other is a double tap off one of the service entrance lugs.

The angles on ceiling trim are surprisingly counterintuitive. But it's a solved problem. There are extremely clear directions out there. And lol, roflmao, etc
