Posting this here before I try to figure out what kind of recourse I have before I turn to tech support or manufacturer warranty. Recently won a 60" LED Vizio E601-iA3 in a contest from my bank. I had no problems setting it up, and it's been working happily for about a week now. This morning I noticed that about 30-60 seconds after turning it on a 6" wide column of flickering lines has appeared on the screen. I have changed nothing. Here's a quick MS Paint of the problem. Anything I can do on my end to fix it? I figure its still under warranty (do I even get that if the TV was just given to me?).
