Chapter 55 is definitely the latest they cut it, it's a fairly natural stopping point and going any farther would require condensing stuff too much. I could also see them stopping at Chapter 52, Bacon and Eggs, because that's when the crew figures out their plan to Eat Falin and ends with the Canaries entering the dungeon as a cliff hanger.
