Maybe this isn’t the right thread for this question and if so, I apologize, but are there any charities perhaps that are recommended to help pay vet bills for cats? I had to take my sweet cat Chewy in for an exam today and the bill ended up being close to $1000 for all the tests. Thank god he’s okay other than minor intestinal issues, that’ll clear up with antibiotics and weight loss, but this kinda hurts me a lot. I’m on SSI at the moment and I’m still paying off bills for my 21 year old cat Puppets that died last month.
