She clearly has a lot of really fun ideas and I'm excited to see more of her as a writer and a storyteller. Harrow was just a fascinating read and I'd love to see her do more with that sort-of meta storytelling. I'm not even sure is "meta storytelling" is quite the phrase I'm going for but hopefully you get what I'm trying to say?

Add literal immortality on top of that and you get...well, the entirety of HtN I love Mercymorn. She is exactly how I would imagine someone who has been barely holding it together for centuries and is just so done.  Also seconding the props to Rand Brittain. I was trying to explain that exact sentiment to a friend of mine and was struggling to find the right words and you nailed it. basically God is a Neo Liberal Ugh, waiting until '22 is going to suck.
