years back, I was in traffic behind an older Ford Econoline van and it had all kinds of Mystery Science theater stuff on it. It even had a MST3K custom license plate. I always wondered if it was one of the show creators, or if it was just some superfan.

anecdotal of course but four years ago around me you couldn't drive a mile without seeing the yee haw jihad with trump 2020, confederate, trump 2020/confederate, etc. flags flying. now most of the stickers are a little more muted and the obnoxious yard displays are at a minimum. they're still trying to do dumb poo poo in the schools though. still aint seen no trucks with biden flags
