By now, you and your companions are very aware that they are in a land that demonizes Lord British, characterizing him as a faraway evil tyrant that they fled to the islands from. So you're trying to gain the trust of these people very delicately, who don't know who you are, and would surely be offended and feel threatened if they knew you were there in the name of Lord British. Then one evening they host this dinner to honor and accept you to the island (or something like that). As everyone was making their toasts and cheers to one another, Dupre blurts out "AND LET US NOT FORGET TO TOAST OUR RIGHTFUL LIEGE LORD, HIS MAJESTY LORD BRITISH!" The room goes silent like someone just walked into a saloon, and your party gets thrown in jail. I mean, yeah this isn't really relevant to Outlands, but where else am I going to say how much I loved that scene.
