You lose it when you have finished the 3rd expansion Shadowbringers and all its patches and have played at least 300 hours.

Help Im Alive posted:Some people were posting that they had completed endwalker a few days after release and idk how because it took me like 3 weeks Technical term for these people is 'Poopsockers'. I mean there wasn't even any good endgame waiting for them. That came after couple of weeks with first tier of raids.
