Because Kinosaki is wanted and everyone is going to be curving bullets all over the place like in the Wanted movie.

I expect them to also do other gun kata things or have weird guns/bullets/barrels that do other weird things. From simple stuff like ricocheting bullets an absurd number of times to bullets that fire other bullets to shooting someone so hard they're cured of or inflicted with some other condition.
