I hope this is doing well in Japan because this is pretty consistently one of my favorites.

Every love interest in this book would be the #1 love interest in any other title (except maybe Water User), it's absolutely ridiculous how well written they all are. Is there any other manga that handles this many potential love interests even half as well as MARRIAGETOXIN does?

Yeah, that's my take on her, and tbh I think it has more to do with how early she appeared in the manga than anything against her specifically. I don't think the mangaka had quite a grasp on how they wanted to present the love interests until Hamster Girl, and since then every new one has been like "oh I love them too," and for entirely different reasons
