They were saying they were pressured to take the deal because the Dodgers were threatening not to authenticate the Ohtani home run ball if she took it home to make a decision, which would make it worthless, not that they wouldn't authenticate the signed stuff she was pressured to trade it for after being separated from her husband by team staff
