i really enjoyed star control 2 part of me feels sad that there will probably never be a game in that series again but then again star control 3 happened and it's probably best just to let things stand as they are now. star control 2 was pretty kicking and the precursors re-release was about as awesome as you could make it without rebuilding the entire game from the ground up. so thanks for the good times, star control 2. thanks.Neutron Bandit posted:I played Star Control 3 and not the other two. i am truly sorry. enjoy the *sauce*

I made that mistake, heard good things about the first two and thought it might be worth a try since I couldn't get the old ones. If I could redo any weekend of my life it'd be that one, I'd have played Alpha Centauri instead. Reading the lore in the ridiculously long instruction booklet was more fun than the actual game.
