Problem description: I can't get my USB bootable Windows 7 to work correctly mainly because the Windows tool for converting the ISO won't recognize multiple valid ISO files.

Attempted fixes:
I've used multiple ISOs including the ISOs from the Microsoft site
Mounting the ISO on a virtual drive and drag/dropping into my USB (both before and after a clean format/partition)
Opening the ISO in an ISO editor and enabling UDF
Using ISO editors to set up the boot drive themselves (it did nothing to the USB for some reason?)

Recent changes: No. I'm just upgrading my computer from 32 bit to 64 bit right now, using a different and longstandingly stable machine

Anything I haven't tried short of getting a DVD?
