yes. do it.

leave the (presumably mysql) db as-is. it's probably poo poo but good enough and it can be fixed later. set up a subdomain w/ access to the db and start from scratch. i'd push the same html to everyone (w/ cloudy proxy cdn in front) and add per-user or admin stuff in javascript. have changes on a dependency graph and rebuild static resources accordingly.

i work on a 50m pageviews/month site so that means i'm right
