super mario 3d. it was good, multiplayer was fine if a bit difficult to run efficiently. artwork is well-done as always with nintendo's house animation staff showcasing their classic charm. use of touchscreen was clever, microphone mechanics were a bit annoying. it did feel a bit... rushed: it certainly could have used a lot more attention to detail. gameplay was good and varied, and of course the controls were flawless. i didn't play with the options much but if turning off scorekeeping isn't allowed it should be.
biggest minus point was the controller's battery life - hardcore gamers certainly won't like that (changing the battery requires tools, if possible at all.)
the system has a lot of potential - good hardware architecture (certainly not the most powerful) and a well-designed (and pricey!) interface unit gives it plenty of potential.
