It's a sort of unique game where you play as the devil who has recently spent his life savings on an apartment building. Monsters move in and then you use those monsters to fight heroes that come by who want to kill you and take your stuff. It's a lot of fun for how cheap it is, the gameplay isn't particularly difficult but it lends itself to multiple playthroughs because each time you'll probably find yourself favoring a different subset of monsters. Sometimes it gets a little too real when your skeleton gal tenant loses her job as an amateur boxer and spends all her waking hours worrying about the future while unpaid rent piles up, though.
