I live in the US. My parents travel multiple times a year to England to visit my grandparents (if any in person setup would be required).

I haven't contacted the nursing home yet to determine if they have any internet service for the residents, but assuming they don't (their website doesn't mention it). What would be a good solution? Do providers in England have some sort of unlimited data mobile access plan that I could buy some sort of hotspot for and have a iPad connect to via WiFi for news/book downloading/movie watching/etc?
