A life, Jimmy, you know what that is? It's the shit that happens while you're waiting for moments that never come.

Since the North East is getting pounded with snow and I am sure there are thousands of car accidents occuring as we speak, I wanted to come and finally do an A/T. I am one of the thousands of car insurance investigators piecing together what happens after car accidents and crashes. The job can be pretty fun and rewarding, but also soul destroying, shameful, and dirty. I want to answer any questions you have about car insurance, car accidents, legal liability, injury or death resulting from them, insurance fraud, and automobile crimes. Especially a lot of the myths and rumors that apparently surround the industry and how all of them are complete bullshit.

I work for a mid to large sized carrier in the United States.

My job specifically is to use any kind of tangible evidence to rebuild an accident and determine liability and injuries. Everyone is always lying about something, but rarely to their advantage.

Have you been in an ambiguous accident? Tell me about it. Facing a current difficulty with your carrier? I'd love to hear about it.
