apple. they just keep getting worse. today my dock kept moving from my small monitor to my big one which REALLY pisses me of because docker icons are gigantic and i take up space and it's fine for it to be small and on my small monitor. i dont need to launch applications that often. anyhow, it turns out it happens if you like, hold your cursor over some spot for too long. wtf. worse than natural scrolling imo
