Doc Block posted:sometimes you just need to layer poo poo I don't know those programs but node based doesn't preclude layering, it just allows more than one chain without having to gently caress around. it also seperates the laer/image etc from the blending mode whxh is helpful like ableton a effects system is basically layered But you can use the effects rack to have multiple paths a solution but not ideal imagine just have nodes. and wires. split if u need, join and blend as necessary. image result = what you wnabted
