I am currently in the beginning phase of a plan I have thought about for awhile. I finally have the time to work on a project and I want to do something that is not only going to help me but help others as well. If anyone here runs one or knows how to get started with one I would appreciate any advice. Right now I have to get everything written down into a solid outline, look into getting a website built, contacting artists to work with and learning how to make it official.

When you get your site up and running, make sure you apply for this grant. http://www.google.com/grants/eligibility.html $10k per month in advertising from Google. Takes about 20 minutes to apply and a couple days to be approved.
