Just like the title says, I can't rearrange my tabs anymore, nor can I use ctrl-c or ctrl-v. I can't even use the right click menu to do it either. What gives?

To start with the obvious: have you restarted your computer? Have you made any changes to Firefox add-ons or extensions recently? What extensions are you running? It sounds like you have some broken tab extension installed.
