A few months back I purchased a Vizio 42 inch M series Television based off of the great reviews the M and E series were getting in their class. The television was great for about two weeks, after that we started noticing weird pixelation on the screen, at first only in low light scenes shot on non HD film (the first time we noticed it was on the walking dead, the gold standard for low light and non digital film). As time went on, we always noticed it. My first thought was that it was an issue with my xbox one, as it was where my whole setup ran through. I unplugged the xbox, and ran things straight from the cable box and noticed no difference. I then decided that the HDMI cable had gone bad, and had it replaced at my local comcast office, but the issue still persisted. Vizio replaced that tv with a "re-certified" tv, and the issues were actually worse. Again, Vizio has replaced it with a new set, and the issues are even worse. I am wary of waiting for another tv, and suspect a few things.

Could I just be using low quality HDMI cables? Is this even a thing?
My setup looks like this:
Cable into Xbox one, into television, Samsung soundbar into the optical slot on the tv. My other thought is that perhaps the sound bar is causing some issue due to grounding. I did some research and found out that magnets don't affect non CRT tvs, but who knows.

I will show some pictures and a video of the issue, again it's a weird pixelization mostly in low light, but oftentimes on any show or film. It's almost as if the pixels are jumping around.

https://vid.me/dyZB -Video, this is from the show House, a good example of a show with older non digital film, you can see the pixels jumping around.

Any help people can give would be appreciated!
