Couldn't find a "Oi stupid, post your stupid question here" megathread, so here I am. If this actually exists, please redirect me and I'll delete this thread.

My company sends out invoices every week, and occasionally we send a feedback form as part of the deal. The problem? We print out the invoices and feedback forms, stuff them into an envelope, and I loving post them. I suggested to my managing director that we should, you know, join this century, and send out these invoices by this thing called email, and he agreed -- it makes sense, saves time etc etc. The trick is integrating the feedback forms. My bosses eyes glazed over as he realised that it's another plate he needs to juggle, so I offered to look into it for him. Delighted, he told me to look up webhooks and see what's out there.

I've done some googling, but not really knowing what I'm doing, I thought I'd ask for some advice. Essentially, we want the customer to follow a link, answer some questions, and for the results to be fired back to us. I assume there are some excellent third party online facilities that do just this, but I'll be damned if I know what's good.

Any advice/suggestions gratefully appreciated.
