This isn't a competition between the two of them and TB isn't being asked to so as much as Carr is. He has the luxury of AP. Teddy's going to be a solid pro but I do wonder about his ceiling.

His ceiling was never as high as Bortles or Carr - just a good floor that gives you confidence he will at least reach that ceiling.
