there's been some shakeups behind the scenes for japanese competitive puyo, seems like a bunch of pros have been drinking the esports koolaid super hard. we're talking like people throwing down 5 figgies to get the things they want done japanese s-rank league happened a few days ago, youtube VODs are here https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCHLAZlGlaRVpWEl90QlVIjA/videos also momoken, a japanese player who quit the pro scene back in 2012-2013 to focus on studies, is now sponsored and is back in action. he's gonna play a couple of rounds against japan's top talent starting this weekend dragon enthusiast fucked around with this message at 04:27 on Mar 15, 2016 |

i can't play puyo at all but i can appreciate the intensity of what happens when two high level players collide and are constantly half a second from having an infinite number of rocks dropped on their heads i wonder if their sponsors are looking for yoshi's cookie players

if you have the programming chops to create an arcade-perfect clone of puyo puyo 2 they would probably legit hire you to make one, because sega always fucks something up every puyo game
