I could see that ruleset being a good home for small guilds that can't risk the megaguilds rolling over them in Dregs if they ever launch a world under that rule set. If even a couple of sub 10 man guilds coordinated to take and build up a keep they'd be a force to be reckoned with. Even in the Dregs, small guilds can make an impact and win awards. Some of the alt win conditions are averaged by guild member count. In the current dregs this is the sacrifice gryphon artifacts bounty. Also in the main scoring, if you are in the top 60% of guilds, you will get some loot.

Moon pretty consistently wrecks in sky point so that's nice. Doesn't the lunarium have wolf spawns? I need more and easier access to those anyway to making skinning kebabs. E: how are coordinating? Guild chat is pretty quiet most nights when I'm on. I authed on discord and got the Goon role assigned but didn't see any new channels. Has anyone figured out a reliable way of finding crafters to make stuff for you? Chat is useless in this game, there is no auction house, so I'm not really sure what to do. I'm in a relatively large guild and no one is crafting poo poo for anyone because all materials are going towards the upkeep of forts and stuff. So far the large guild experience isn't my favorite, I enjoy the smaller scale PVP, so I'm not seeing what the point of being in a larger guild is if there are no perks. I might just leave and join you all.

As for shopping goes, if you are in the Dregs, people buy vendor stalls in Shiloh to sell wares. You can get there from any of the temples. If you are outside of Dregs, some groups have made entire Ek's to act as shopping malls.

Yeah an MMO where the meta is server hopping for every purpose. Seems like that might be bad design. Who knows though. Also be really careful not to accidentally sell your expensive items, the devs have told me "they don't have the tools required to reimburse items". I mean it's fair- it's my mistake but yeah. Eh.

It's just so loving clunky in this game. It also doesn't seem like it stores assets for long. Like if you are in earth temple on the dregs but swap to a character in earth temple on the carebear realm it appears to have to reload everything all over again.

So how does playing in Dregs even work? If it's guild vs guild does that mean that every player outside of the 3 or 4 goons that are online is hostile? I've got a cleric up to 25 but I just don't have any idea what to do now

There’s still a fair amount you can do before dregs.
