There's a cool GBA castlevania TAS with a bunch of frame perfect slide moves that make you fall through the floor in the first screen which then warps you to the final boss and then you win.

This is my favorite TAS ever. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ivn1eVQWFk8 It's Goemon's Great Adventure for the N64, and the TASer is controlling the inputs for both characters to do some crazy poo poo.

I'm a big idiot who forgot that TAS timing starts from power on and the SMB community uses first gameplay input either way it's insane that he managed to find some time to cut

No but it was decided that there should only be one Mario glitchy rom hack run on the site, which makes sense I guess. HappyLee's run is way better in terms of game choice, entertainment value and precision in any case. He spent like two years on that run whereas I spent maybe a week on mine.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kpk2tdsPh0A If you have 25 minutes to kill, this guy talks in depth about some Mario 64 mechanics and it feels pretty TAS-like. Its starts of kinda neat but 10 minutes it goes off the rails as the commentator takes 12 hours to build up Mario's speed so he can propel Mario into a parallel universe (not kidding), which somehow lets him get the star by pressing the A button the least amount of times possible
