So Game 2 of the CBI Finals between Morehead St. and Nevada is on ESPNU right now. Judging from the crowd, you wouldn't know this was the finals of a third-rate tournament. For some reason, the Nevada fans are going absolutely bonkers.

It's been a bit since Nevada sports has had some success. Chris Ault left right around the time Kaepernick got drafted, and the last really memorable basketball was 2004-2007 (especially with Nick Fazekas). CBI isn't really a big deal, but it's nice to see some sort of post season winning.

Plus Nevada basketball is supposed to be on the up and up.

I may go Friday for the final Nevada v Morehead if the tickets are reasonable.
