 3.8 is out. Eagle is free to play until tomorrow I think, so if you haven't tried him today, would be ideal to do so. I haven't really had a chance to play too much since the patch hit, so I'm not really sure how much of a difference the balance changes make.

 Eagle's playstyle seems interesting but holy poo poo is his model terrible. He looks like he was ripped from a 360 launch game.
