Like any good poor, I did all the maintenance on my '89 Mazda B2200 over the weekend by myself with nothing but parts, tools, a Chilton's guide, and a six pack of cheap beer.

they are pretty pleb man

The engine and drivetrain are electronically limited to 155mph, but can easily do 170mph+ if that's taken off. It's got features that allow the car to read uneven roads and adjust the suspension for maximum comfort before the passenger feels any discomfort. Even the last-gen safety features are barely beginning to be seen on cars in this generation.

It may not be the most exciting vehicle as far as looks go, but it is not a "pleb" car.

The frame is so sturdy the Jaws Of Life can't even cut through it...there's a marked area on the A pillar that is the only spot they can cut

This is respectable, but on the other hand requires at least some knowledge, mechanical skill and effort, and I try to avoid all of those things at any cost. I generally pay between 300-500 for my beaters and just run em into the ground. I've had an engine literally catch fire on I-95, and I'm damned proud of it

it's kickin in dude
When you can't make the payments, you don't actually have to drive it back to the dealer, you can just let the repo company take it back. Sorry you had to experience that embarrassment, op

if you had done it though, which part of a chicken would you have eaten after? surely not it's fingers

If I was going to cook at home I'd make a beer can chicken, if I was going fast food I'd have gone with Popeyes' bold strips which is practically a finger. Don't ever get the chicken fingers at Hungry Howie's though because they have this weird aftertaste like dry dog food.

In case anybody was wondering I did get around to checking oil and air pressure in my :siren: 96 Accord :siren: and they were pretty much fine. I did have a problem with the little doohickey that sticks through the brake pedal arm and pushes on the switch that turns the brake lights off. loving little floopjack plastic happy meal garbage cheap piece of poo poo broke after only TWENTY GODDAMN YEARS and they wanted $12.95 shipped for a replacement. Fortunately googling showed me how to rig up a fix with duct tape and a couple of dimes. Hardest thing about the repair was contorting myself upside down with a flashlight in my mouth to where I could see and install the repair. I wonder how many days my brake lights have been on 24/7.
