 I drink too much when I'm stressed OR when I've got a lot of down-time. Also I started smoking weed way more frequently, so most evenings are 1 to 2 large beers and 3 mini joints over the course of 5 hours currently. It's fun at the time but next morning always sucks way more than it has to.
