Oh poo poo; It's yet another brutally dark South Korean action movie. I like this one, personally. Also if I'm not getting it confused with another one, the bad guy's ex-special forces agents all speak English instead of Korean. Only corrupt bad guys speak English, and hell, I think it makes sense.
