So I've been trying to help my dad promote some of his new music so I ended up making some videos for him using SpaceEngine. For those of you not familiar with SpaceEngine it’s currently a free 3D astronomy program that uses real astronomical catalogs and procedural generation to generate our entire universe in game. It's pretty impressive overall. Here's a few shots I took in it: http://imgur.com/a/LIn4W

His music I guess would be considered contemporary classical but it also sounds like it would fit on a soundtrack to me. Anyways any feedback on the videos or music would be helpful. I definitely don't have any experience editing videos but I tried to sync the footage to the music as best I could.

this is nice music but tbh it seems more appropriate as the soundtrack for something like Lonesome Dove, or any kind of a slow and meandering western/period piece, rather than anything to do with space. but that engine thing does seem pretty cool

Yea I guess I was thinking it is close enough to classical music which fits okay with space scenes but I could see how some of the songs have a western sound too. Thanks for the feedback though!
