Today I'd like to talk about another modern band, that is more of Jazz Fusion than pure jazz, but these guys are dope. Reign of Kindo came from another band called This Day and Age. Upon departure of their lead singer, the new band formed with the bassist taking over guitar and singing duties. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LkcZdhamaew They put the piano front and center which is a shortcut to making me like a band. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OJWuXfiXYI0 They have a handful of albums, one of which is an album of chiptunes versions of an entire album of theirs.
