the berniest meat is anything smoked. my brother slow smokes whole chickens in a green egg thing, man that is the moistest tenderest meat of any kind ive ever had. ribs too. barnie snanders encourages u to smoke one & chill.

We have smoked whole duck every Christmas for the last five years, with smoked yams!!
