It was like a programming challenge website where people from all over the world compete to find the solutions to programming problems. It listed the screennames and country's flag from where the person who completed the problem lives. I can't find this website for crap. Maybe it's on my old laptop's bookmarks or something but there's no way im digging that up and then digging through the fking bookmarks on that thing.

its really similar to that but it was on a much larger scale from i remember. you signed up with your current country, state, school etc. and it showed all that info on the "scoreboard" (a list of people that solved the problem).
