Me asking my friends if they remember that short funny song, and then upon them saying yes I pull out my phone and put on the ten hour long youtube version, and as they all say "oh that's cool haha" and sneak away I stand there and unflinchingly watch all ten hours |

There's always the one friend who wants eveyone to watch a video only they think is funny and it is like 20 minutes long, and you look around at your other friends wondering who or when to stop the agony, or to just let it go. Even worse if you are like "haha yeah thats pretty cool" and walk to another room and they are like "no wait it's about to get good" and follow you around holding their phone in front of you. It isn't about to get good, I was trying to politely escape! *Puts fingers in ears and starts yelling "LA LA LA LA"* *Friend turns up the volume and straps it on to your face VR style* *Jumps in a plane and flies away* *Friend is outside of flying plane, holding phone up to the windshield* *Crashes plane, wakes up in the hospital after a month long coma in a full body cast* Friend: "Oh good you are awake, I can finally finish showing you that video!" "Nurse, pull the plug." "But you are expected to make a full recovery." "Pull. The. Plug."

going up to a group of friends watching youtube and pulling up a video of a song with 2,127,394,084 views and saying "hey this is good I like it" and they keep looking blankly at the screen, then at you, then at each other. they seem bored and uncomfortable and you feel tremendously self conscious about enjoying a music video that has more than two billion views and trying to share that enjoyment with your friends.
