For those of you not in the Facebook group who still read this dead gay forum, just thought I'd let ya'll know that Frankie is gone. He was diagnosed with degenerative liver cirrhosis in January with a prognosis of 3-6 months and he made it 7, so good for him. He went peacefully in Rho's arms at the vet and now he doesn't have to feel like poo poo anymore. He was 3 months shy of his 9th birthday. He will be missed deeply. You were loved very much, BarkBark. <3

Some pics from when he left. Moses was with him.    He was emaciated and incontinent and developing dementia at the end. I probably waited longer than I should have but I didn't want him to go. I'll probably get another boston before long.

My sincere condolences. It is simply disgustingly awful to make that call. As a life partner of a Boston terrier with a blue eye myself, I can only offer you the comfort of knowing the personality of that drat dog will long outlive the mourning. RIP, internet stranger Frankie.
