I bought a USB Bluetooth dongle to stream sound from my PC to soundbar. There's a very noticeable audio delay and it isn't synced up with video or games. Is there a fix for this? Thanks.

Bluetooth Audio does have noticeable latency. Use a cable if latency matters.
