  RAW Kick off with Kurt Angle hyping up No Mercy by talking about Cena vs Roman and Lesnar vs Strowman. As he is about to talk about other matches, The Miz and the Miztourage come out to interrupt. Angle congratulates Miz on becoming a father but Miz tells him to skip the compliments and that he feels slighted for not having the Intercontinental Title defended at No Mercy. Angle says he was about to make an announcement about the IC title, and announces a fatal four way tonight between Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy, Elias, and Jason Jordan. Miz is upset that Jordan is getting chances before guys like Bo and Axel and accuses Kurt of trying to make up abandoning Jason. Unlike Kurt Miz claims he will be there for his son no matter what, unlike a deadbeat like Angle. Jason comes out to confront Miz, grabs his mics and threatens to knock his teeth out of his mouth is he says anything more about Angle. Jason asks for Bo and Curtis to be put into the fatal four way match so that Miz won't complain. Angle agrees and Miz says Jason will fail just like his dad. Jason attacks Miz and is able to throw out the Miztourage. Backstage Kurt meets with Jason and tells him to calm down. Jason says after what Miz said about Angle he is going to prove all those whispering and staring at him wrong when he beats Miz for the IC title and humiliates him. Angle says that what people says about him will never change and he can't just fight everyone, so he should focus on winning tonight. After Nia's win she takes out both Alexa and Sasha but is distracted when Bayley returns. As Nia is distracted Sasha and Alexa are able to recover, and with Bayley's help the three are able to take out Nia. Bayley and Sasha celebrate but Alexa tries to cut in and gets a Bayley to Belly for her trouble. Sheamus talks about nostalgia, how it's become boring, and how people use it to escape to their pasts. However Sheamus and Cesaro are living in the present and destroying nostalgia acts like the Hardyz and will do the same to the Shield reunion tour. Cesaro says that as soon as the good times end for Dean and Rollins they will turn on each other and try to destroy each other for their own selfish gain. Once that happens Sheamus and Cesaro say they will be there to take the titles back because they trust each other. Seth and Dean come out the respond by saying they are no nostalgia act and they are brothers. Anderson and Gallows interrupt next saying with all this brother talk, Sheamus and Cesaro weren't good brothers for walking out on them last week, and that Dean and Seth aren't good brothers for taking advantage of their disadvantage. The club calls them all nerds which causes Dean to start a brawl with Anderson and Gallows before all the teams join in the melee. Seth and Dean stand tall. Backstage Miz gives a pep talk to Bo and Curtis for their six pack challenge later. Miz focuses on humiliating Kurt and Jason, which causes Bo and Curtis to think the speech should be more about them. Miz reassures them that they got this and says he can't wait to prove Kurt wrong. Bayley has been added to the fatal four way at No Mercy Goldust meets with Angle in his office, without his facepaint on. Goldust asks for another match tonight against Wyatt, but not as Goldust, but as the man behind the paint, Dustin Rhodes. Angle agrees to let him fight Wyatt man to man. Dustin says that tonight Bray will never forget the name of...Dustin Rhodes. Curt Hawkins is in the ring and says that the Curt Hawkins Star Factory is closed and instead he is opening the Curt Hawkins' History Machine, once history is made when he ends his 114 match losing streak. He asks who will come out to make history and is answered by Appolo Crews, accompanied by Titus . Michael Cole conducts interviews with both Strowman and Lesnar. Cole opens by saying how this may be the first time Brock is considered an underdog, to which Heyman says Lesnar was the underdog going against the Undertaker at Wrestlemania 30 and we know how that ended. Cole then talks about Braun's actions and Strowman says he believes actions speak louder than words and he does not respect Brock. Heyman says that there has never been a more worthy challenger to Lesnar but he doubts that he can really survive. Braun promises to burn Suplex City to the ground but Paul tells him that he will need survive more than one suplex and that Brock understands how hard he will have to fight to put down Strowman. Braun says he is in control of this situation. As Cole is going to ask Strowman another question Heyman interjects by asking so many questions to the challengers when the real news story is Brock Lesnar. He says that Brock should be asking how a loss, which won't happen, would impact Brock's legacy. Brock goes close to the mic and thanks Braun for backing him into a corner and challenging him, that's when he is at his best, and finishes with a "suplex city bitch". Roman comes out and says that Cena may be the best talker ever but sometimes he says "stupid poo poo", like how Cena says Roman is just a John Cena wanna be. Roman says if he was a jacked white guy with a giant head, he'd wouldn't be here just like Alex Riley. He then goes on to talk about how Cena is a hypocrite and plays Cena's promo where he called out Rock for being a part timer who left the WWE for Hollywood as soon as he could. Roman asks if he should bring Cena out but informs the crowd that John isn't even there, the same reason he criticized Rock for, and at No Mercy Cena is gonna be beat by another Samoan. He ends the same way Cena ended his promo against Rock, "see you there movie star." After Bray's win Finn goes on the titan tron and tells a story of a boy who sat inside and read about old mythologies and when he became a man he created a demon. Finn asks Bray if the man created the demon, which one is more dangerous? And at No Mercy Bray will find out. Enzo comes out and talks about how he can't wait to beat Neville for the Cruiserweight title on Sunday. Braunstrowman quickly comes out and runs through Enzo, and drags him ringside where he tosses Enzo in to it. Strowman delivers a chokeslam to Enzo, as well as a running power slam and stands tall over him. As Braun leaves Neville comes out to survey the damage to future opponent. Neville adds insult to injury by delivering a Red Arrow to Enzo and yells for a mic. He mimics Enzo's dance and catchphrase. In the trainers room Enzo says he doesn't know how he could compete with a monster like Strowman but he is ready to take on Neville this Sunday. After Jordan's win Miz tries to get a cheap shot in but Jason is able to suplex him. The Miztourage quickly beat down Jordan and allow Miz deliver a skull crushing finale to him. Miz says after No Mercy he will still be a champion, Angle will still be a terrible father, and Jason will still be a bastard.
