Issue description: I have a Sony Bravia 4K Android TV that I'm trying to connect to an xfinitywifi public hotspot. Without having a browser, I can't access the wifilogin page. Googling has told me the best way to do this is use my laptop and spoof the MAC address in the adapter settings/configure/advanced/network address value field. My Ethernet adapter has this option, but my wireless adapter doesn't. Attempted fixes: I have googled the issue and seen it reported a few times but the responses are mostly bots peddling spyware. Recent changes: N/A -- Operating system: windows 7 System specs: toshiba satellite Location: USA I have Googled and read the FAQ: Yes

First determine your TVs MAC address. Then open regedit and temporarily modify your laptop MAC to match your TVs MAC address. (Remember to write down your initial laptop WiFI mac address so you can change it back when you're done). Instructions here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PqNQU-Fsg54 (you'll need to find which folder has your WiFi adapter settings). After that reboot and log into xfinitywifi. See if that helps your TV get connected. Then go back to regedit and change your laptop MAC address back.
