I think Tamatoa's design is really uninspired and his "bit" in his arena is really lazily done. At one point I gave an example of how I'd have approached Tamatoa. Not, like, specifically, but stuff like having the treasure on him be lopsided. He could have had a more interesting gait.

I also like the refrain "for humans" instead of "you're welcome" because it's less on-the-nose yet a more effective guilt trip.

Personally I think the movie gets too clever at times. Chicken has to be told not to eat a rock. The Rock has to be told not to eat a chicken. Har Har, Disney. Yes, we get it.

David Bowie was punched in the eye he was a teenage which resulted in permanent damage that made his pupil constantly dilated which made it look like he had heterochromia. A condition where your eyes are two different colors. The crabmonster has heterochromia.
