You can just draw it in Illustrator and apparently just export it as CSS now which I'm sure didn't happen.

When I was a kid I got this idea but it was before all this fancy CSS business. I spent an hour making Mario with HTML tables and remembered thinking hey, I just invented a new image compression method! :haw:

Then I figured out the HTML file was bigger than an equivalent GIF and was sad. Anyway this is some completely insane poo poo, in both the good and bad ways. Good job lady
