I fail spectacularly when trying to order the Hot Springs Island books to my casa here in Denmark. Does anyone know of a link where I can order the damned things - and have them delivered outside of CONUS? (...this effing lot here: http://shop.swordfishislands.com/ )

Yes: he set up a German supplier specifically to deal with all non-US orders, which meant that he shipped my books to Germany so that they could be more conveniently sent to the exotic and far-off moonscape that is Canada.
