It looks like the broadcasts are set up so each week NFL Network, TNT, CBS Sports, and B/R Live each get one game.

No, usually it's: 1 game on CBS Sports (full production team) 2 games on NFL Network (half production team) 1 game on B/R Live (basic production team) But sometimes a game gets flexed to TNT (I think this will be the second game on TNT?)
